I wanted to share a quick post with you, I know I have mentioned I have my retired, widowed neighbor Paul over for dinner every Tuesday night, he loves dessert and I have to admit, he mostly gets ice cream and homemade cookies, nothing wrong with that of course but tonight I decided to make a special pretty treat.......it is so easy and only take a few minutes.
lemons, sherbet, and fresh berries......hollow out the lemon with a grapefruit knife, add a little sherbet, and top with a berry or drizzle fresh berries over the top, I only used one because I was down to my last few! so yummy and refreshing on a hot summer night.........
Simply beautiful, Tracey! Hmmm...maybe, because I love orange sherbet, a hollowed out orange with orange sherbet and an orange slice or orange zest would be delish too!

PS I just started my own blog and I'm so excited! Please stop by and say hello. Hope you don't mind I mentioned you and the other Tracey.

How sweet you are to do that Tracey. That looks like a great cool treat on a hot day.
