I JUST LOVE The Shabby House in Boise Idaho! The hubs and I loaded the truck and off we went over Labor Day to visit family......my favorite stop is always The Shabby House, Lori the owner is so darling, she always remembers me, and even follows my blog, she has done amazing job with this charming old house and property, she has these great tents outside showcasing everyone's junk! and I mean that fondly.....She has such a wonderful variety goodies and her displays are over the top!!! I always find something that I can't live with out, and never come home empty handed, If you ever get to the Boise area I highly recommend that you stop by Lori's place, her bright smile and easy way will make you feel right at home! Thanks Lori, for making me feel so welcome and letting me show off your darling Shabby House! www.theshabbyhouse.com
Looks like a really cool place. I am building up quite a collection of places I have to go to if I ever make it out west. Hmmm, maybe next summer?

What a wonderful place to shop and can see why you enjoy it so. I love her sign she has made for her shop too and is that a bolt of barkcloth I see in one of your pictures? Gotta love that!

Lori sent me over...I think The Shabby House is the best, too. Lori and Leslie are the greatest shopkeepers with a heart to see their vendors succeed!

What a fun place to shop...I live way to far away! That is the really cool thing about your blog - it takes us to places that some of us probably can only dream about!
Hope your parents anniversary party is a fun time for all. Can't wait to hear all about it.
Love,
Anita

I love your new look. The Shabby House would be on my list of place to see if I lived closer. It looks like a fun place to explore. My prayers will be with both of the Tracey's as you each follow your dreams.

Hi Tracey~
As soon as I heard that Tracey was moving I thought of you. As happy as I was for her, that's how sad I felt for you. Change is hard, but I really believe you are up for the challenge. Just since you started this blog and started your adventure at 41 Taylor I've seen your confidence grow. I'm looking forward to seeing how you continue to blossom!
Blessings!
PS Love your beautiful new pic! Are you sure you and the other Tracey aren't sisters?

Hi Tracey.....even "better" than the Shabbyhouse posting, I looooove vintagebejoyful's Black 'n Bold freshness!! Of course I can't leave out the part of me thinking---"ooooh your "oo-la-la photo" looks grrrreat with the darker backdrop". (now I have a feeling that you don't mind a bit me 'thinking out loud' huh Tracey?!!) :o) As long as I'm dishin' the compliments, -- the fact that your 'sweet blogging spirit' returned today with cozy 'words & photos' --- well, I say Bravo Tracey! Take good care. :o)
God Bless,
Barbra.

Presumably startled to be receiving a call from an international celebrity, the boyfriend ended up asking, "Who are you to care about us?" Eduardo then confidently stated, "If you don’t want this baby, I will take it. I will adopt the child!" Eduardo made the same heartfelt offer that his character had made in Bella.

IT IS hard to look at the Capitol in Washington, DC, without a frisson of excitement
